Every vector file downloaded or purchased from DXFPORTAL (https://dxfportal.com) is governed by these Licensing Terms. By downloading, accessing, or purchasing any file package (.DXF, .SVG, .AI, .CDR, .PDF, or .ZIP), you agree to the conditions set forth below.

1. License Overview

All purchases from DXFPORTAL grant you a Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free, Worldwide Commercial Manufacturing License.

  • Physical Creation: You are fully licensed to use our design vectors to cut, fabricate, assemble, and sell finished physical items.
  • No Recurring Royalties: Once purchased, there are no per-cut royalties or recurring subscription fees required to sell the finished physical goods.
  • Ownership: DXFPORTAL and its contributing designers retain all original intellectual property rights, copyright, and trade dress to the digital vector path codes and files.

2. Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do)

  • Commercial Physical Production: Cut, engrave, mill, machine, or assemble physical products using CNC plasma, fiber laser, $CO_2$ laser, waterjet, or CNC router systems for commercial sale or personal use.
  • Unlimited Physical Units: Fabricate and sell unlimited physical finished goods (e.g., steel fire pits, decorative wall art panels, entry gates, signs, furniture) at craft fairs, e-commerce storefronts, or local fabrication shops.
  • Physical Modifications: Scale dimensions, alter kerf offsets, adjust tab/slot clearances, and modify aesthetic details on physical fabrications to meet client needs or machine tolerances.
  • Client Showcasing: Photograph and market the physical cut items across social media, client catalogs, and portfolio displays.

3. Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)

  • No Digital Reselling or Redistribution: You may not re-upload, share, transfer, sublicense, give away, or resell the digital vector files (.DXF, .SVG, .AI, .CDR, or modified iterations) in any digital marketplace, cloud drive, torrent, Telegram channel, or design group.
  • No Vector “Packs” or Digital Bundles: You may not incorporate DXFPORTAL line work into your own digital design packs, clipart bundles, or CAD collections for sale.
  • No Print-on-Demand Vector Distribution: You may not upload the raw vector artwork to automated mass print-on-demand services where raw vector geometries are made publicly available.
  • No Trademarking Original Art: You may not register copyright or trademark any standalone original design or art asset purchased from DXFPORTAL as your own proprietary brand trademark.

5. Multi-User & Shop Machine Usage

  • Single-Business License: A standard license covers one machine shop, workshop, or individual maker across all machines owned by that entity.
  • Contract Cutting: Subcontracted CNC cut shops may temporarily hold the design files strictly for the duration required to process a customer order, after which the client/contractor must maintain their own authorized license.

6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Enforcement

DXFPORTAL actively monitors international digital marketplaces (including Etsy, eBay, Design Bundles, and private file-sharing channels) using automated digital signature tracking.

Any unauthorized redistribution or reselling of our digital vectors will result in:

  1. Immediate revocation of all issued commercial licenses without refund.
  2. Formal DMCA takedown filings submitted to domain registrars, hosting providers, and payment processors.
  3. Referral to legal counsel for digital copyright infringement recovery under statutory US, Canadian, and international intellectual property law.
